Canoe Progress!

As you can see, the wood is starting to create the shape of a canoe! Everyday after work, Kevin goes to the shop and he and his Dad continue to build. It is really beautiful.

Can you tell from this picture that it is going to be a canoe?

Kevin and his Dad are building a canoe. I think that fishing and camping will be a new adventure in our lives. I need to find a life jacket for Ohno, so he can come with us.

Well, the food's ordered. Bridal pictures are taken. And the video is ready to be turned into the videographer.

The weather warmed up a little and gave us spring fever. Our teepee is still up in the back yard and we took advantage of the barely above freezing weather to sleep out in the teepee Saturday night. About 2:00 in the morning the fire died, but if you keep your head inside your sleeping bag, it was perfect sleeping. And then the cold came back and it snowed again on Sunday, Monday, Tuesday. Love this weather!

OK, I decided to go back to a public blog, hoping to hear from more of my beloved friends and family this way.

Wedding plans are coming along. 38 days until the big day! Still working on finding a caterer, and me a dress. Small details that if I don't get them taken care of, will cause huge amounts of stress. So wish me luck!
